Youth Unlimited is the website for young people aged between 13-19 living in the South Gloucestershire area. The site aims to promote positive activities for young people and information for young people on anything from sexual health to transport.

This year's Mental Health Awareness week will be running from May 13th -19th anf the theme is physical activity and well being. We all know that being active is good for us, but did you know it makes us feel good too? It relieves stress, increases your energy levels, improves your mood, basically it improves your mental health and well being.
